Orders and Deployment

After registration, go to the pricing page, choose configuration and term, and complete payment. SSH credentials arrive at your registered email within 10 minutes.
After checkout, automation assigns an idle physical machine, resets the system, configures networking, and sends credentials. If delivery exceeds 30 minutes for our reasons, the order is fully refunded automatically with no request needed.
Choose the region closest to your main work location: mainland China users often pick Hong Kong; Japan and Korea users pick Tokyo/Seoul; Southeast Asia picks Singapore; North America picks US East/West.
Yes. Submit a migration request in the console for upgrade or downgrade. Usually completes within 24 hours with data copied to the new machine—no need to redeploy your environment.

Connection and Access

Sign in to the console, find the instance, and click VNC Direct Link for one-click macOS desktop access in the browser with no local client.
The console includes a web VNC client—no local software required. For desktop clients, use RealVNC Viewer or Apple Screen Sharing; connection details are on the instance page. You can also use the standalone Remote VNC page (from the console entry).
① Check the instance status is Running in the console
② Confirm IP and port are correct
③ Check local firewall rules for the port
④ Try Reset Network from the console
If it still fails, open a ticket with screenshots.
Run ssh-keygen -t ed25519 locally, append the public key to ~/.ssh/authorized_keys on the instance, then sign in without a password. Disabling password auth is recommended for security.

Billing and Payment

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT). Mainland China customers can also use Alipay and WeChat Pay. All transactions are processed by Stripe under PCI DSS Level 1.

Security and Privacy

After cancelation, the system performs DoD 5220.22-M disk erasure with three overwrites—data is not recoverable. Advanced plans can request erasure audit reports. Back up important data before canceling.
No. We provide bare-metal dedicated instances—one physical machine per instance. CPU, GPU, memory, and storage are not shared with other tenants.

Performance and Configuration

Yes. You have full macOS administrator rights for any legal software including Xcode, Docker Desktop, and Unity. Xcode is about 15GB—choose 512GB storage or larger.
Run top or htop over SSH for CPU and memory; check disk with df -h; for network latency, try a closer region. If issues persist, open a ticket with top output screenshots.
Yes. Dedicated physical instances retain full M4 GPU cores and Neural Engine with Metal API, Core ML, MLX, and other Apple native AI/ML frameworks—no virtualization overhead.
Update macOS minor versions via System Settings. For downgrade or clean reinstall, submit a System Reset request in the console; we complete within 4 hours. Reset erases all data.

Account Management

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password and enter your registered email. A reset link is sent (valid 30 minutes). If you do not see it, check spam or contact support@nukcloud.com.
Cancel all running instances and back up important data first, then email support@nukcloud.com with your request. An engineer will help close the account and erase data within 1 business day.
